Features:

▶           Double cylinder press is designed for thickening, washing the pulp and also for extracting, recovery of black liquid.

▶           Stock in consistency 3-5% is pumped into the press from the bottom side of two cylinders through an adjustable gap. Pulp mat is sent out from the top gap continuously. The outlet consistency is between 25-35%.

▶           The machine is entirely enclosed. There is no spilling in pressing.

▶           Due to fix line pressure and gap width. The consistency is very stable with maximum production.
